Zahra

Zahra is a stylist at Foxtail Salon who concentrates on wash-and-wear cuts that dry well on their own, including work on curls, waves, volume for fine hair and movement for heavy hair. She also cuts dry and offers low-maintenance styles that skip blow-drying. Her training includes an apprenticeship with Vidal Sassoon and razor cutting instruction at Bumble & bumble NYC. Before relocating to Los Angeles in 2022, she worked 13 years as a stylist in Portland and Seattle. Services listed: a haircut for all lengths and styles at $100; a longer cut for thick, very long hair, major transformations or a full blowout at $150; and a 15-minute touch-up trim, usually for bangs or fringe, at $33. Clients are asked to wash their hair and let it air dry fully before appointments.
