Yulia is a hairstylist available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturdays by appointment only. She completed her studies at Beau Monde College of Hair Design in Portland in 2004 and has worked as a hairstylist ever since. She spent 15 years at the Colour Authority salon in Portland. Her training also covers expert coloring at Goldwell Academy in Santa Monica, French haircutting and free-form balayage at Jamison Shaw Hairdressers in Atlanta, and precision razor cutting at Bumble and bumble in New York.
