Yordany Pineda is the founder and creative director of Yordy Hair, and works as a hairstylist. He is also a keratin specialist and makeup artist, and serves as a brand ambassador and technique trainer for Salerm Cosmetics. He has more than 17 years of experience in hair artistry.
His specialties include balayage, bold cuts, color and keratin treatments, and he is known for the Morena Iluminada method. He has led workshops across New England teaching advanced coloring techniques, including balayage. He has styled hair for models, pageant queens and public figures, and he was part of the stylist team at New York Fashion Week 2025.
