Yolande is the owner and proprietor of Scissors Paper Rock Salon, where she also works as a stylist. She started the salon in 2006 and has worked with some clients for more than 30 years.
Her career began in make-up artistry, and she has styled for independent film and commercials. She has been published several times in industry magazines. She graduated from On Set Hair Academy For Motion Picture and Television and serves as a Regional Educator for ENJOY Haircare Co., teaching other stylists.
