Yelena

Yelena is the owner of City Glow and works there as an esthetician and permanent makeup artist. She also trains and mentors aspiring beauty professionals. She began her career in the beauty industry in Brooklyn, New York, and has more than a decade of experience in aesthetics. She trained at the Aveda Institute in Metairie, Louisiana, in cosmetology. She also holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College. She has more than 200 certifications, including lash extensions, temporary and permanent brow services, and natural lash services. She placed second in the 2024 Nano Hairstroke competition.
