Yaya Anusiem

Yaya Anusiem owns The Standard Beauty Bar and works as a master cosmetologist, educator and permanent makeup artist. She holds licenses as a Master Cosmetologist in Oklahoma and in California, and as a Licensed Medical Micropigmentologist. Her beauty career began in 2015, and she has over six years of hands-on experience in luxury lash artistry.

Her training includes a bachelor's degree in International Business from Cal State LA, completed in 2022, a 300-hour Medical Micropigmentation program with Babe Ink Academy completed in 2023, and Master Instructor training at Jenks Beauty College completed in 2026. While finishing her degree, she built an esthetics business.

At Artisan Institute in Tulsa she serves as Lead Eyelash Extension Instructor and Program Leader, and she has trained more than 20 students through that program. Her teaching covers classic, hybrid and volume techniques, lash styling, safety and sanitation, and business fundamentals. She specializes in permanent makeup and lash extensions and tailors each permanent makeup service to the client's needs.
