Yarianna Boccia

Yarianna Boccia founded Aesthetics by Yari and runs it as owner-operator. She works as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is board-certified in that role. She spent three years in internal medicine before moving into aesthetics, and her early aesthetic experience came from corporate med spas where the focus was on patient volume. She was featured as a Brand Ambassador for The Social Spa, which recognized her patient-first approach, accessibility and natural results.

Her focus includes filler and skincare, neurotoxin treatments and biostimulators, and she often combines Sculptra and Radiesse within one plan for the same patient. Each treatment plan is customized after she assesses facial anatomy and goals. Before neurotoxin dosing she maps facial muscle strength and movement, and for filler work she evaluates the whole face rather than only the area of concern. She also supervises the medical weight loss program, including medication management and dosing adjustments, and builds customized wellness and IV hydration plans for each client.

Patients have access to her around the clock, and she wants them to feel comfortable and heard. Her goal is natural, refreshed results rather than an overdone look. She attends conferences and seeks out continuing education in aesthetics.
