Yandy Rodriguez

NP On Demand was founded by Yandy Rodriguez, who holds Florida's Autonomous APRN designation. The nursing path began in 2014 as a Licensed Practical Nurse, with stints in long-term care, home health, hospice, medical telemetry and occupational medicine, where advanced wound care for work injuries was part of the caseload. Later work as a Registered Nurse included emergency medicine, medical-surgical care, internal medicine, cardiology, wound care and nursing leadership. Before the practice opened, the nurse practitioner role covered cardiology and hospital medicine. Credentials include an MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) and board certification as an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (AGACNP-BC). Specialized training covers foundational and advanced neurotoxin and dermal filler techniques. Clinical experience spans emergency and internal medicine, cardiology, wellness medicine and aesthetic medicine, and internal medicine practice continues alongside NP On Demand. Services center on Botox, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, TRT, IV therapy, PDO threads, telehealth and hormone optimization. Patients are seen in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton and surrounding South Florida.
