About
Xavier Merat is the Owner and Master Stylist of Salon Xavier, and is also a colorist and hair extensions specialist. He started as a pre-apprentice at age 13 in Bordeaux, then completed an apprenticeship at Lolita Coiffure and received CAP and BP degrees from Albert Premiere in Bordeaux.
He later worked for Alexandre Zouari in Paris and Cannes, including fashion shows and clients during the Cannes Film Festival. He moved to the United States in 1997.
He specializes in expert color techniques and transformative haircutting. His clientele includes style-setters, CEOs, socialites, celebrities and a local following.
