Winston A. Turnage

Winston A. Turnage founded Maui MedSpa in 2020 and serves as its Medical Director. He completed medical school in 2016 and then started general practitioner training at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. Before opening the clinic, he served roughly seven years in the US Army in a variety of roles: an overseas assignment in Korea, a deployment to Afghanistan as a Flight Surgeon, and three years as a staff doctor at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He directs the weight loss program, determining whether patients qualify for semaglutide and setting the dose for each one. Eligible patients may receive either Wegovy or a compounded Semaglutide/B12/B6 formula. He has in-depth training in neuromodulators, PDO thread lifts and fillers, and he personally instructs staff in all skin care techniques. Care is individualized, with each client's treatment plan built around their own needs and goals.
