William Fulton, MD

William Fulton, MD, practices at AZ PRP Hair Therapy as a physician and hair restoration specialist. He holds board certification as a physician and in emergency medicine, and he is a diplomate of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Board of Phlebology, the latter covering vein care. His medical training began at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, where he graduated with honors in biochemistry, family practice and emergency medicine. He then completed his residency in emergency medicine at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, serving as chief resident during his final year. He also earned a bachelor's degree in business from Arizona State University, magna cum laude. Before coming to the clinic, he worked as medical director of a medical center in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he helped introduce and implement its aesthetic services. He is on the faculty of the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine and gives talks to other physicians. He has been a guest on national and local television and radio, among them CNBC's Today's Health and KTVK TV 3's Good Day Arizona. He was among the early users of PRP hair therapy. Today he provides non-surgical hair restoration to men and women in Arizona, and he holds that non-invasive hair therapy can work for both.
