Whitney Green Bennett

Whitney Green Bennett is a licensed cosmetologist and makeup artist based in New York City, and the founder of Whitney Green NY. She moved to the city in 2012 to build a beauty career, worked in the New York scene for several years and assisted established beauty professionals before launching her own business. She has more than 15 years of experience and has worked on photo shoots, beauty campaigns, fashion week and Broadway shows. Her work has been featured in Vogue, The Knot and on NYFW runways.

She trained at The Aveda Institute in Baton Rouge and specializes in bridal hair and makeup. She also works on extensions, custom wigs, editorial looks, haircuts and color, and works with clients of all hair textures and skin tones. Her clientele is diverse and loyal, and her approach is holistic, including care of the body inside and out.
