Whitney is the founder of Gilded Locks and specializes in luxury extensions and advanced color. Her services include blonding, makeovers, color corrections, density support and extensions.
Whitney is a certified IBE stylist and the Lead Educator for Gilded Mane Extensions. She completed a 3,000-hour apprenticeship in another state. Before moving into hair full time, she studied drawing in college with the goal of becoming an art teacher, and she taught general education and high school. She started working in hair in 2016 and later launched a salon with the person who trained her.
She describes her clients as people looking for an elevated, natural-looking result, and her philosophy is that hair should feel effortless, natural and true to the person wearing it.
