Wei Yuan M.D., LAC.

Wei Yuan is a medical doctor trained in Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She worked a decade at Luoyang Hospital in China, starting as a resident and later serving as chief acupuncturist and instructor. Afterward she did cancer research at Columbia University Medical School and spent a decade as a research scientist at Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals before returning to acupuncture. She holds a license as an acupuncturist and works as a certified practitioner and instructor of Field Control Therapy and homeopathy. She also sits on the board of the United Alliance of New York State Licensed Acupuncturists.
