Warren B. Seiler III, M.D.

Warren B. Seiler III, M.D., runs Seiler Skin as its owner and medical director, and he founded the Seiler Skin Aesthetic Institute. He is board-certified as a cosmetic laser surgeon, with specialty certification completed through the American Board of Laser Surgery, and he is a fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He has more than 18 years of experience as a cosmetic laser surgeon, expert injector and PRP specialist, has treated thousands of patients, and has practiced at Seiler Skin for more than 14 years.

He earned a bachelor of science with honors from the University of Notre Dame, then attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. General surgery training followed in Birmingham, then cosmetic specialty training. Before opening his own practice, he spent a year traveling to five states to learn laser surgery. Further training covered laser technology and injectables. He trained in PRP treatments under Dr. Charles Runels, who devised the Vampire procedures, and he now trains practitioners in those procedures under Dr. Runels.

He has served as executive director of the American Board of Laser Surgery since 2011. He co-authored several editions of the board's examination textbook and certification exams, wrote a chapter in the Textbook of Lasers in Dermatology, and has trained practitioners for Allergan. He has trained and examined practitioners in 11 countries, worked with state medical boards and laser safety societies on training and safety rules, and served as an expert witness in civil and medical-malpractice cases. He speaks at the Aesthetic Show, the Aesthetic Multispeciality Society and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and hosts the Aesthetically Speaking podcast for physician and practitioner education.

His specialties are cosmetic laser surgery, injectables, PRP treatments and Vampire procedures. He developed a facial assessment and injection method called GravityPhiX. He treats patients regardless of age, gender, skin type or ethnicity. Treatment plans are tailored with each patient so that expectations are set before any treatment begins.
