About
Wanda Bullen is a salon owner and senior cosmetologist, and a co-founder of Tangles. She attended beauty school in Baltimore at 18 and has been doing hair since then. After graduating she lived and worked in California briefly.
She opened Wanda's Hairways in Chester in 1983 and co-founded Tangles in Stevensville in 1994. She has owned a salon on Kent Island for 28 years.
She has had extensive training with Matrix, Paul Mitchell and Schwarzkopf, and attends beauty conferences, workshops and seminars.
