Virlena McUne

Virlena is a hairdresser at Indigo Salon in Denver's Capitol Hill District. Her focus is cutting and coloring, and she has built a steady, varied client base. For more than 18 years she has done wedding and special-event hair, contributing to hundreds of weddings and working with brides, grooms and their families every year. She has hands-on experience with over seven professional color lines and is color certified. She has worked as a trainer for Sebastian International and has taught at Regency Beauty Institute in Denver. Her stage and runway work includes Fashion for the Cure, a runway show at the Denver Art Institute, bridal expos and salon competitions.
