Vickram Jay Tandon

Vickram Jay Tandon, MD, FACS, is a plastic surgeon with board certification who runs Tandon Plastic Surgery in Boston. He holds a part-time teaching post as a lecturer in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Harvard Medical School and works as a physician and surgeon at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He is also medical director of the Ambulatory Surgery Center at Boston Center for Plastic Surgery, and he teaches and mentors medical students and residents. He earned an undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley, and a medical degree from Brown University's Warren Alpert Medical School. His surgical residency took place at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a one-year aesthetic surgery fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center through Harvard Medical School. His practice covers breast, face, body and male procedures, along with non-surgical aesthetic treatments. On the facial side he performs brow lifts, Botox and lip fillers, as well as CO2 laser resurfacing, dermal fillers and IPL photofacial treatments. Consultations start with a discussion of goals, an examination of the skin and a review of medical history, which shape the personalized treatment plan. He is an invited speaker at national and international plastic surgery conferences. He has published more than 20 peer-reviewed articles and has written chapters on rhinoplasty, facelift and neck lift surgery. In 2023 he presented a novel facelift technique at several conferences, and he serves as associate editor of a textbook on neck rejuvenation.
