Vicki O'Connor

Vicki O'Connor is a Master Colorist and Color Specialist at Reverie Salon in River North, Chicago, and ranks second in command under founder and owner Sal Misseri. She has worked in the beauty industry for more than 20 years. Her training took her through Parma, Paris, Amsterdam and Barcelona. When Davines launched in North America more than 16 years ago, she was among its principal trainers. Sal Misseri mentored and developed her for over ten years before she joined the salon. Her work focuses on grey blending, grey transitions and color correction, often alongside the salon's lead colorist. Most of her clients return every eight to twelve weeks for grey maintenance. Clients transitioning away from years of permanent color usually start with Sal Misseri's Bespoke Grey Transition and then continue with her. She is part of the Kaizen Education team and helps train the Reverie team. According to the salon, clients describe her as warm and technically knowledgeable, and many have been coming to her for years.
