About
Vanessa Diaz de Arce founded Glow Up by Vanessa, where she works as a nurse practitioner. Her credentials are APRN and NP-C, and she is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB). She started out in nursing, then travelled and studied further before opening the practice on Coral Way. In facial balancing, she assesses movement, volume, symmetry and proportion across the entire face before any filler is placed, aiming for a more balanced look rather than a dramatic change. She also uses filler to contour the jawline and chin, and offers lip fillers, chemical peels and Secret RF treatments. Lip filler plans are built around each client's own features, including product and amount. For peels, she examines the skin, designs the peel and performs it personally. With Secret RF, she selects the needle tip and depth for every session. She also performs Sculptra injections for cellulite. Laser and XERF sessions are carried out by a trained technician, not by her. She shapes each treatment and skincare plan around the individual, often combining services to reach a particular goal, and suggests SkinBetter products suited to a patient's skin during visits.
