Vanesa Acosta founded Face It Dermalab and performs the facials, dermaplaning and microneedling at the studio. She is a Registered Nurse with a BSN and a Licensed Esthetician, and she spent nearly a decade in the operating room before founding the studio.
She holds DermaplanePro certification and was trained in the dermaplaning technique. Her clinical background informs the microneedling service, and she is credited with developing the 333 Ritual method.
