About
Founder of Luminous You, Valery spent more than 25 years working as a physician in Russia before relocating to the United States. Specialties from that practice include OB-GYN, dermatology, emergency medicine and nutrition. Medical school began at age 16, and a full physician license followed by age 23. Valery was part of a small group that set up a private holistic clinic in Lipetsk, Russia, centred on natural methods for pregnancy and childbirth. Aesthetic work covers Fotona laser procedures and injectables such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Sculptra and Restylane. Credentials include certification as a Laser Technician and as a Laser Safety Officer from the National Laser Institute, along with a Physical Therapy Assistant License. Memberships include active membership in the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, fellow status in the International Fellowship in Advanced Aesthetic Science, and membership in European IMCAS. Continuing education comes through regular conferences.
