Valerie Hammer works as a makeup artist and lesson instructor at the business. She is a professional makeup artist and educator. After college she held a corporate job while taking evening makeup classes. She came to makeup somewhat by chance, and her makeup career began about twenty years ago. She later worked in management at MAC Cosmetics. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees and has completed a makeup certification program. She also trained for years with renowned artists. Valerie has served wedding clients for years and has since shifted her focus toward everyday, event and photo makeup. Her specialty is photo-ready makeup for headshots, branding sessions and special events, and she offers one-on-one custom lessons. She works with clients across ages, skin tones, identities and experience levels, including busy professionals, moms, and women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond, and she welcomes complete beginners.
