About
Valeri Rusco, PA-C, founded Direct Aesthetics, where she leads the clinical team as lead aesthetic practitioner. Her career in medical and aesthetic care spans more than 18 years. Before opening the practice, she spent over ten years across orthopedics, emergency medicine, general medicine and pediatrics, and earlier worked as a surgical physician assistant at Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan. Her academic path began with a bachelor's in health sciences from Grand Valley State University, followed by a master's in physician assistant studies from Western Michigan University. She is board-certified as a physician assistant and is NCCPA-certified. She has also completed advanced training in non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Her treatments center on facial balancing, dermal fillers, Sculptra and neuromodulators, and she teaches patients how lines develop, why volume changes and how skin evolves with age.
