Vaan Sheahan

Vaan Sheahan is the owner, lead stylist and education director at PRESS, and she developed the men's scissors cutting education program there. She has been cutting hair since 1996 and holds a cosmetology license.

She began as an assistant at a chain salon before building a clientele of her own. She was formerly Artistic Director for Toni&Guy Hairdressing and has worked alongside industry figures including James Morrison, Joaquin Regalado and Anh CoTran. She has been a hairstylist in Newport Beach for 23 years and has maintained a high-profile clientele in Southern California.

Her specialties are scissors cutting and short haircuts, including men's styles. She is award-winning and one of the best at scissors cutting. She aims to raise the standard for men's haircuts so every man leaves with an educated, tasteful cut, and she believes hair should enhance how a person looks rather than chase the latest trend.
