About

Ursula Catts works as a Master Aesthetician and Integrative Health Practitioner. Her facial and skin treatments are paired with lessons on lifestyle and foundational wellness. She also offers peptide and wellness consultations, and she trains and mentors fellow aestheticians. She studied in Greece at the Hellenic Institute on Paros Island, in India at the Mysore Institute, and in Delaware at The Institute of Cosmetology. While in India, she worked one-on-one with an Ayurvedic doctor, learning beauty techniques, self-care rituals and internal health. Later study led her to become an Integrative Health Practitioner, with coursework in nutrition, gut health, stress and lifestyle. Goldensita came after earlier study and practice in beauty and wellness. Her view is that aging itself cannot be stopped, yet the body can be helped along and the skin tended with intention.
