Tristen Velasquez

Tristen Velasquez is an Advanced Stylist at Belle Sirène Salon in La Jolla. His path into hair began in Portland, Oregon, where he moved before his senior year of high school and worked as a receptionist at a premier salon, the job that sparked his interest in hair. He started beauty school the month after finishing high school.

His training continued with a yearlong intensive apprenticeship focused on haircutting and blonding, working under top stylists in Portland. He specializes in modern lived-in blondes and bright blondes, and cuts both long and short hair, finishing each cut with a blowout. He aims for every client to leave feeling their best and feeling heard and valued.
