Trena Sims is a licensed massage therapist and a certified colon therapist at the spa. She moved to the Fort Worth area in 2006 and began working as a colon hydrotherapist. Before that she spent almost 20 years in the lumberyard and hardware business.
Her training includes orthopedic massage, craniosacral therapy at levels 1 and 2, lymph drainage therapy, and visceral manipulation at levels 1 and 2. Her specialties include Quantum-Touch, reflexology, and pelvic work, which covers improving circulation in the pelvis, releasing the pelvis, and stretching and positioning.
She is interested in how nutrition and emotions affect health.
