Travis Araiza

Travis Araiza is a stylist at Maru Salon. He started working at 18, having finished cosmetology school and high school at the same time. He spent nearly a decade serving a varied clientele in San Francisco's Union Square before returning to the East Bay. His specialties include bright blondes, natural sun-kissed looks, jewel-toned color and color corrections, as well as Asian hair and blow-outs for frizzy textures. He cuts classic shapes with clean lines and textured razor cuts, and enjoys solving haircare and styling concerns while sharing practical at-home care tips. He has trained through the Sassoon Academy, Oribe, Kérastase, Wella, Goldwell, v76, Federico Beauty Institute, Yosh, Sam Han and Redken.
