Tracey Gobla

Tracey Gobla founded Navii Salon Spa in 2000 and has spent her career in hair styling and the salon industry. She entered a high school career program that let her attend cosmetology school while finishing high school, and became a licensed cosmetologist at 18.

Early on, she built a clientele around cutting and styling. Later she learned the business side of the industry, which led to opening the salon. She now trains all salon staff, keeps a personal clientele and mentors young hairdressers.

She offers in-depth private hair loss consultations. A Salon Today Magazine article from December 2024 featured her and her work on managing change.
