About
Tracey Collett is the artist and founder of Fine Arts Permanent Cosmetics, bringing about twenty years of permanent makeup experience. Her career began roughly twenty years ago in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has worked as an instructor for many years and is a certified artist. She serves clients across the East Valley. She offers microblading, powder and ombré brows, hybrid brows, nano-stroke brows, lip blush and permanent eyeliner, and works across the major permanent cosmetics techniques. Her work also includes correcting permanent makeup done elsewhere, such as neutralizing old pigment and reshaping brows. Before placing any pigment, she maps each face and factors its features into the shape and style. Shapes are measured and hand-drawn with calipers, refined with the client, and each appointment is tailored one-on-one. Her aim is for clients to leave feeling confident and naturally beautiful, a look many of them request for brows, lips and eyeliner.
