About
Tova Palomino is the licensed esthetician and owner of Skincare by Tova. After returning to South Florida, she pursued esthetics education and became a licensed esthetician, then opened the studio.
She has a particular understanding of melanin-rich skin and works with clients of all skin types, tones and textures. She is available for bookings Monday through Saturday.
