About
Tori is the owner, artist, and educator at Tori Celina Beauty. She began a career in the beauty industry in 2011 and has specialized in permanent makeup since 2017. Her work centers on Nano Brows, Nano Combo Brows, Ombre Brows, and natural permanent makeup.
She is also expanding into advanced non-invasive skin treatments, including T33 Ultra Cold Plasma. She has worked with cold plasma technology for years, including Jet Plasma treatments before T33, and she has worked with clients of all ages and skin types.
Beyond client work, she teaches new and experienced permanent makeup artists through Nano Brow trainings, advanced courses, apprenticeships, and online lessons. Her classes stay small and hands-on, teaching technique, artistry, and the business side of permanent makeup.
