Tonya owns Hair By Tonya Dallas, where she works as a stylist and colorist. A visit to the Aveda Institute in Dallas at 27 turned her toward hair as a profession, and she later began working independently. She has six years of training and continuing education and works with several color and product brands, among them Aveda, Redken and L'Oréal, as well as keratin smoothing treatments. Her color work includes balayage, babylights, highlights and ombre, and she applies hair extensions using a range of methods. She is a certified Great Lengths hair extensions technician and a Master Certified Bellami Hair Pro. Great Lengths has reposted her work several times, and reviews on the salon's website comment favorably on her color and extension work.
