About
Tomy Biton founded Tomy B. Salon and works as its master colorist, with more than 25 years of experience in hair. He trained under a master in Israel and also trained in France, where he learned European technique. He developed the proprietary color, lipid complex and collagen formulas used in the salon.
He works on hair color, color correction, precision cuts and hair treatments, and cuts hair dry for both men and women. During the first visit he checks the condition and history of a client's hair, then proposes a suitable treatment plan.
