Tommy Aucoin

Tommy Aucoin is a stylist, educator and published author based in La Jolla. Readers of La Jolla Village News named him Best Stylist in La Jolla. His work centers on cutting and color, with techniques such as balayage, ombre, hair painting, and pairing cut and color together. His career includes the role of Artistic Styles Coordinator for Framesi USA, National Education Coordinator and Creative Team Member for Irving Rusk, and Creative Director and Visionary Artist at Davines North America. He was the first American stylist picked to present Rusk from a stage before an audience. He has taught fine hair design, cutting and color to stylists around the world, and he serves clients in San Diego and Del Mar.
