Tolomeo

Tolomeo works as a surgeon at Tampa Surgical Arts and serves as an Associate Professor at Bellevue Hospital Center. He holds plastic surgery privileges, with a full transfer agreement, at a local hospital in the Bay Area. According to the site, he is triple board-certified in cosmetic surgery and has years of experience in the field. He has written numerous book chapters and articles on facial and body cosmetic surgery. Together with Dr. Manik S. Bedi he leads the practice, and the case studies page lists him alongside Dr. Bedi as the surgeon behind the results shown there. He holds a bachelor's degree in biology and physical science from St. John's University, where he was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He later received a D.D.S., completed a residency at NYU Langone/Bellevue Hospital Center, and afterward earned an M.D. and trained as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon there. He completed a general and facial cosmetic surgery fellowship under Dr. Angelo Cuzalina at Tulsa Surgical Arts, performing nearly 2,000 major surgical procedures during it. He was trained in the same techniques as Dr. Bedi. The fellowship centered on Brazilian butt lifts, high-definition liposuction for men and women, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, breast augmentation and lifts, and facial rejuvenation. His practice includes breast procedures and mommy makeovers, among them L-shaped mastopexy, which the site says he was the first to introduce in the United States. He offers both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic care and involves patients in each step of the surgical process.
