Tobi is a cosmetic tattoo and brow artist who leads the permanent makeup division at Bare Laser Medical Spa. She has over 30 years of experience in microblading, permanent makeup and corrective brow work. She teaches at the New York Institute of Beauty and focuses on natural-looking corrective permanent makeup and custom brows planned around bone structure and facial symmetry. Her work has appeared in Vogue, Allure, Rolling Stone and Town and Country, and she has been Emmy-nominated for television work. Clients travel from across Long Island and New York to see her.
