Tiphany Harmon

Tiphany Harmon works as the family nurse practitioner at Harmony Health Spa & Wellness. Her nursing career started in 2000, and she spent time as a travel nurse in various parts of the United States, among them intensive care units. Her move into aesthetics and wellness came in 2017; she has over five years working in that field. Her academic background includes a BSN from the University of Texas at Tyler, completed in 2000, and an MSN from Chamberlain University, completed in 2015. She is board certified as an FNP-BC by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Her practice focuses on injectable cosmetic treatments, skin care, weight loss management and IV nutrition therapy.
