Tinita Harpel is the owner and a cosmetologist at VINYL Beauty Bar. She has worked in the cosmetology industry for more than 20 years and opened her first salon at age 25.
Before opening her own salon, she worked at several Austin salons. She then expanded into SFX makeup in Los Angeles, working on photoshoots, productions and award shows, as well as at salons and spas there. SFX makeup remains her specialty.
