Tina Shin

Tina owns the business and serves as its lead makeup artist and hair stylist. Her paid makeup work started in 2007, and she has been doing bridal hair since 2013. Before entering beauty, she spent six years as a chemist, beginning at DuPont in Delaware right after graduating. She holds biochemistry and business degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her makeup background includes a stint at a Shiseido counter at Bloomingdale's, followed by work as a Bobbi Brown makeup artist. She works in a soft, defined style suited to Asian women and avoids heavy smoky eyes. Her bridal clients have come from Maryland and Virginia. She has also done makeup for well-known Korean entertainers and public figures. She maps out wedding-day timelines in detail and typically answers inquiries the same day.
