Tina Ratsaboutseua

Tina Ratsaboutseua is the stylist, creative director and owner of Haven Salon. She started out as a receptionist at a local hair salon at age 16. While in cosmetology school she began managing a salon, then apprenticed and built her own clientele. She later worked as education director at several salons in St. Louis.

She has served clients for more than a decade and specializes in hair color, including balayage, ombré and multi-dimensional color. She also works on bridal makeup, contouring and natural-looking makeup, and is known for a signature scalp massage with a hair mask. She favors lived-in color and hairstyles that look good with wash-and-wear. Clients often come to her for trendy looks that still work for everyday life.

She has traveled to study current color techniques from leading industry professionals. Her certifications include Sally Hershberger and Nick Arrojo in New York City, Bumble and Bumble University, Ion Salon and Suite 303 in New York City, Bowie Salon in Seattle, and Davines and Paul Mitchell products.
