About
Tina Pearson is the owner and founder of the salon and its CEO. She has worked as a hairstylist for over 20 years, and her first salon location, on the Upper East Side of New York City, ran for 15 years. Her career also includes more than ten years as lead stylist for BET networks, plus freelance work listed on award shows, music videos, tours, film and television programs. Her work centres on client care, salon building and product line launches. She also mentors up-and-coming stylists and beauty entrepreneurs, and hosts the salon's in-person Look & Learns and workshops for hair professionals.
