Tilly Ahdoot is the founder and lead artist of Lux by Tilly, and works as a professional makeup artist and waxing specialist. She has years of experience across both makeup and waxing, and has worked on intimate wedding ceremonies as well as large-scale events.
She founded the business to offer beauty services that put the client experience first. Her clients range from first-time waxing clients to experienced beauty clients. Before an appointment she listens to what the client wants and asks questions, so that each makeup look is customized rather than standard. Makeup appointments are at the client's location, while waxing takes place at the Totowa studio.
