Tikeisha Floyd

Tikeisha Floyd holds the title Certified Non Surgical Replacement Specialist and makes custom wigs at Floyd's Hair Restoration. Training began at The Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in Atlanta, where Floyd trained from May 2004 and graduated in June 2005. Later study includes a Wig Certification course in January 2015, a Non Surgical Hair Replacement Class in March 2016, and sewing techniques to improve custom wig making.

Previous work includes four years at Rick's Styles & Cuts in Lithonia, Georgia, and two years at Sokai Salon in East Atlanta Village. Floyd currently works at Salon Scenes in Buckhead. Wig work focuses on women and men with alopecia, and Floyd has also made wigs for women with alopecia, cancer, lupus and other medical conditions, as well as for veteran women.

Floyd teaches hair weaving technique classes and has produced a How To Hair Weaving DVD and a How To Wig Making DVD. She is in the early stages of launching a wig line. The work has been featured in several local beauty supply stores, and several wigs were made for a radio personality whose work has been seen on national television.
