About
Theresa is a yoga instructor and wellness facilitator at reTreat Salon & Spa. She came to yoga by practicing at home before attending an in-person studio, and she began yoga teacher training within a few months of that first class. She went through a yoga teacher training program and became a yoga teacher after completing it. At reTreat she leads Yin Flow Yoga and breathwork meditation sessions in the Salt Lounge, and she leads the reTreat Sister Society, a women's circle. Beyond classes, she also offers sound baths, meditation, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, women's retreats and additional yoga-themed workshops. She keeps studying yoga and how it ties into healing.
