Teresa Irwin, M.D., is Medical Director of The Med Spa Wimberley and provides medical oversight for the treatments offered there. She graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed residency training at Baylor College of Medicine. She is board-certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery and in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with F.A.C.O.G. and F.P.M.R.S. credentials. She has more than two decades of medical experience. Her specialties include Da Vinci robotic surgery, pelvic floor reconstruction, and aesthetic and regenerative treatments. She is also founder and CEO of Aesthetics of Central Texas and theVaginacologist. Texas Monthly named her one of its Best Doctors. She carries out the medical evaluations. These are separate from the in-person consultation and are held by video call on Friday mornings from 8:00 to 9:00am, though times can change.
