About
Tariq Khan, M.D., is the medical director and founder of GentleCare Laser Aesthetics, and he also works as a physician at the practice. He is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in New York, holds a Doctorate in Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and has years of training in medical aesthetics and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. His injectable work covers Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, along with Sculptra, fillers such as Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, Perlane and Radiesse, and Kybella. He performs Botox for brow reshaping and eye contouring. Cosmetic laser procedures, radio-wave surgery and SmartLipo are also part of his work, and he brought PicoCare picosecond laser technology into the practice. Acne and facial concerns are addressed with PRP, microneedling, Vi Peel and Perfect Peel, and he specializes in removing hair, tattoos, moles, warts and skin tags. He offers the Black Pearl Hollywood Peel. He also performs LAVIEEN skin rejuvenation treatments. For IV nutritional therapy, he provides consultations, decides whether pre-lab workup is needed before therapy begins, and checks certain enzyme levels in the blood to assess possible complications.
