Tara Williamson

Tara Williamson is the founder and CEO of Pink Ink Tattoo, which she established in April 2014. Before that she spent many years working as a nurse, including almost eight years at a plastic surgeon's office, and she currently holds an active North Carolina nursing license. Her tattoo work centers on areola complex, three-dimensional and scar camouflage, the areas in which she is certified. She trained with an areola tattoo instructor. Her credentials also include adult and infant CPR, first aid and wound care certifications. She has been invited to speak at the American Academy of Breast Care Professionals Mastectomy Summit in 2016 and 2018, and she co-produced and gave the keynote at the My2ndAct event. She has been featured by ABC11, Oprah's O magazine, Allure, CBS News and WRAL News. Honors include the 100 Women To KNOW Award for 2023, and recognition as a 2024 Remarkable Women honoree and a 2024 Women On the Move honoree.
