Tanza Ne'Ale

Tanza Ne'Ale is the CEO, founder and lead artist of Posh Perfection Makeup Studio and holds a Licensed Cosmetologist license. Her career in hair and makeup spans more than 18 years. She has done platform work and been featured in hair publications, modeling shoots and weddings. She was featured in Hair Stare magazine as one of its hottest stylists, and was nominated for stylist of the year in the ACHI magazine awards and for Who's Who in 2020 and 2023 in entrepreneurship, hairstyling and makeup artistry. Her earlier specialties include cuts, custom color, weaves, wigs and specialty makeup. She has since moved to makeup only, focusing on special events and weddings. She is also an educator who teaches makeup application and healthy hair practices, and has taught at a local training academy for high school cosmetology students. She runs the YouTube channel Shear Luxury Beauty, which has more than 13,000 subscribers and over half a million views.
